Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website jsp.digital, the AI agents and business systems operated by JSP.Digital, and any application we operate on third-party platforms such as Meta (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you accept them on its behalf.
1. The Services
JSP.Digital builds and operates software for businesses, including AI agents that answer customer messages, catalogue and inventory tools, and dashboards. Specific deliverables, fees and service levels for business clients are set out in a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
The Services are currently offered only to businesses and users in Israel. We may expand availability to other countries in the future.
2. Accounts and connected platforms
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- When you connect a Meta account, Page, Instagram or WhatsApp Business account, you authorise us to access and act on it only within the permissions you grant, to provide the features you enabled. You may revoke access at any time in your Meta settings.
- Your use of Meta products remains subject to Meta’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or changes of third-party platforms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or misleading purposes;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- infringe others’ rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- attempt to breach security, probe, scrape or overload the Services, or reverse-engineer them;
- violate the terms or policies of any connected platform, including Meta’s.
4. AI-generated output
Our agents generate answers automatically from the data available to them. While we work to keep them accurate, output may be incomplete or wrong. Businesses using our agents are responsible for reviewing important decisions, such as prices, availability and part fitment, before relying on them.
5. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Services. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design and content we create, are owned by JSP.Digital or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as agreed in writing, no rights are granted to you other than the right to use the Services under these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JSP.Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or by a connected platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
