Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how JSP.Digital (“JSP.Digital”, “we”, “us”), a software studio based in Tel Aviv, Israel, collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit jsp.digital, use our AI agents and business systems, or interact with an application we operate on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger) (together, the “Services”).
1. Data we collect
- Information you give us — name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of messages you send through our contact forms, by email or in chat.
- Data received from Meta platforms — when you connect a Meta account, Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business account to our application, we receive only the data covered by the permissions you approve. This may include your public profile (name, profile ID, profile picture), email address, the Pages or business accounts you manage, and messages, comments and media exchanged with those accounts. We never receive your Meta password.
- Business data — when a business client uses our systems, we process the data it provides, such as product catalogues, stock, prices, orders and customer conversations, on that client’s behalf.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and server logs needed to run and secure the Services. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
- Vehicle lookups — a licence plate you enter is checked against the public Israeli Ministry of Transport dataset. We do not retrieve or store owner details or chassis numbers.
2. How we use data
- To provide the Services, including answering customer messages on behalf of the connected business.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use data received from Meta for any purpose other than providing the functionality you enabled. Data received from Meta is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms.
3. Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers that host or process data for us under confidentiality and data-protection obligations: cloud hosting (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Railway), email delivery, and AI model providers used to generate responses. These providers may not use your data to train their models or for their own purposes.
- The business you are communicating with, when you message a business that uses our systems.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months. Data received from Meta is kept while your account remains connected and is deleted within 30 days after you disconnect the application or ask us to delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
5. Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your data at any time:
- Email admin@jsp.digital with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name, email or account you used with our Services.
- To remove our application from Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select the application and choose Remove. You may then send the request above to delete data we already received.
We will confirm the deletion within 30 days. Where we process data on behalf of a business client, we will forward your request to that business and act on its instructions.
6. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, least-privilege credentials and monitoring. Access tokens received from Meta are stored encrypted and used only by our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers as required by applicable law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and, where relevant, the EU GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us at admin@jsp.digital. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
9. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version; material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
